BW Events Tech Partners with Bizzabo to Host Event Professionals in Austin

"Event Prof's Night Off: The Reset Sessions" brought together industry peers for an evening of connection, hosted at Wanderlust Wine Co.

AUSTIN, Texas — BW Events Tech, in partnership with Bizzabo, hosted its first-ever "Event Prof's Night Off: The Reset Sessions" on June 3, 2026, in Austin, Texas. The evening brought together local event professionals for a night away from the usual conference agenda, featuring a hidden wine cave and disco wine crafting experience at Wanderlust Wine Co.

The event was designed to give event professionals — who spend their careers creating experiences for others — a chance to simply enjoy one themselves. Attendees spent the evening connecting with old and new industry friends, with much of the planned wine tasting taking a back seat to conversation and community.

"Event professionals give so much of themselves to make other people's moments special — it was great to flip that around for a night," said Luke O'Neill, Account Executive, BW Events Tech. "Watching everyone ditch the agenda and just enjoy each other's company was exactly what we hoped for when we started planning this with Bizzabo."
