What is your pricing structure for on-site services?

Do you provide post-event reports and analytics?

Yes! We provide comprehensive post-event reporting including attendance metrics, session engagement data, registration analytics, and any other relevant insights captured during your event. We can also help you interpret this data and make recommendations for future events.
What happens if there's a technical issue during the event?

That's exactly why we're there! Our on-site professionals are trained to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues in real-time. We have contingency plans in place and maintain direct communication with our remote support team if additional assistance is needed.
How many team members will be on-site?

The size of our on-site team depends on your event's scope, complexity, and attendee count. For smaller events, one professional may suffice. Medium events may require a team of 3-5 or more specialists. Large events may require 30+ specialists. We'll create a customized staffing plan during our pre-event consultation.
Can you help with both in-person and virtual components of a hybrid event?

Absolutely! Hybrid event management is one of our specialties. We can simultaneously manage your on-site technology while making real-time updates to your virtual platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and remote attendees.
What event platforms are you experienced with?

Our team has extensive experience with major event platforms including Cvent, Splash, Swoogo, Bizzabo, Amego, Eventbase, Brella, RainFocus, Accelevents, Zuddl and many others. We're also platform-agnostic and can quickly learn and adapt to any technology you're using for your event.
Do you provide equipment, or do we need to supply it?

We can work with both scenarios. We can bring our own tested equipment including laptops, tablets, printers, and scanners, or we can work with your existing technology and equipment. We'll discuss the best approach during our pre-event consultation based on your needs and budget.
How far in advance should I book on-site support?

We recommend booking at least 5-9 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow adequate time for pre-event planning and coordination. However, we understand that urgent needs arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
